Xealei

Xealei began as a staff workflow app for care teams — task tracking, leave management and daily check-ins — then was completely re-architected from scratch as Xealei 2.0 into a fall-detection, alert-response and reporting platform: server-driven UI powered by admin configuration, and dynamic push notifications (custom sounds and images by alert type), built for Alphind Healthcare Private Limited. Owned the entire Flutter frontend alone across both versions — UI, API integration, clean architecture, CI/CD via GitHub Actions, and end-to-end Android and iOS deployment.
